Fill in your Full Name and Designation in the details form. Your center-aligned name and top-right corporate block will update automatically in the Live Preview area.

Verify that your details are spelled correctly and fit perfectly on the preview layout.

Click the prominent Download Teams Background button. This will instantly export a high-resolution (1920x1080) Web-optimized JPEG image directly to your device.

Open Microsoft Teams, join a meeting (or go to settings), select Background Effects, click Add new, and choose your downloaded custom background file.
